We make a comprehensive evaluation of characteristics, capabilities, experience, and resume of the applicant, as well as his or her attitude and ideas about our company. The application must be detailed and precise.
- Written Test

SKCT measures various and comprehensive capabilities required to work at SK.
- Critical ThinkingMeasurement of complex and multidimentional thinking skills required to carry out tasks.
- Situational JudgmentMeasurement of good judgment against problems encountered in working environments.
- Work PersonalityMeasurement of personality, values, and attitudes required for SK working environments.
- Interview

지원In addition to expert knowledge, understanding of work, and ability to execute tasks, we make detailed and multidimensional evaluation of potentials and passion of the applicant. In some expert areas including R&D, advanced seminars on related areas may be conducted.
- Physical Examination

Physical examination is conducted to determine whether a successful applicant can work in a regular condition.
- Successful Application

A successful physical examination makes for the final hiring decision. Applicants with a previous work experience at another company goes through a separate hiring condition negotiate before the final decision.
